I'm having problems with my remote control. It controls not all in my H21 receiver, but control the volume and on and off.

It is very strange. This distance is to work with the H21. I saw a receiver that does not work with a remote control. The buttons on the front structure of the recipient? If so, it is likely that the remote control. If the buttons on the front of the receiver does not work, then you need to replace Recevier.
